- What does it cost?
- $79 USD / month for up to 30 clients, or $799 USD / year paid upfront (save $149 a year). Annual payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Every coach starts with a 30-day free trial.
- Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
- No. You create your portal, invite clients and use every feature for 30 days before you decide. We only ask for payment details if you choose to continue.
- What happens when the trial ends?
- Your portal is paused until you subscribe — nothing is deleted. Subscribe at any time and you and your clients pick up exactly where you left off.
- How many clients can I have?
- Your subscription covers up to 30 active client accounts. If you grow beyond that, get in touch and we'll sort out a larger plan.
- Is it really my brand?
- Yes. Your logo, business name, welcome video and coach details appear throughout, and all reminder and notification emails go out in your business name.
- Can my clients see each other?
- Never. Each client has a private account and sees only their own board, sessions, files and figures. Only you, as the coach, see everyone.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes. Cancel from your billing page and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Monthly payments and part-periods are not refunded. Annual plans are paid upfront and non-refundable except where required by law.
- Do my clients pay anything?
- No. Client accounts are included in your subscription — they never see a bill or a payment screen.
